How do you handle marketing major pivots in you product?
This is something we've seen happening a lot with AI. Companies moving to chat-based interfaces or agentic workflows that dramatically change their product.
It can be jarring for existing customers to see your product change overnight, so how do you handle the transition?
I like what Glide is doing here, with Glide Classic and Glide OS. Customers can move to GlideOS, which is built for the "AI era" or stick with Glide Classic, which is their original platform for turning a spreadsheet into an internal app.
I love the dropdown over their logo, allowing you to switch between dedicated homepages for each product.
I think, sometimes, we overcomplicate marketing when it can be as simple as just answering questions.
FAQ pages can be super valuable, especially today when more and more people are using AI to research products.
