Let's get to it...

Don’t Start 2026 From Zero
January has a way of exposing all the gaps in product marketing. You've got new goals. New expectations. Same messy systems.
The PMM Jetpack can help you start 2026 with proven playbooks, templates, and real examples — so you’re feeling confident from day one.

Example #1 - Name The Pain and Own It
Revo’s problem section does something more companies should copy:
They creatively name the buyer's pain.
Instead of generic customer issues, Revo makes them memorable:
• The Integration Tax
• Swivel chair workflows
• Fake AI
None of these problems are new. But the labeling makes it feel like Revo uniquely understands them.
By giving the pain new language, Revo owns the conversation before the solution even shows up.
→ Make the problem memorable

Example #2 - Beehiiv's Retention Hack
Beehiiv ran a smart campaign to get ahead of Black Friday churn.
Their CEO knows switching costs are low, so they applied Black Friday discounts proactively to upcoming renewals.
No hoops. No negotiation. Just goodwill.
It's not just a retention hack. It reinforces Beehiiv’s brand as customer-first and founder-led.

Example #3 - A POV That Plants a Flag
This is a great example of content that plants a flag and helps buyers choose who to work with.
ClearScope’s “The Future of SEO Is Conversational” blog doesn't just push a clear POV on where search is going. It also shows exactly where ClearScope fits.
This kind of content does more than differentiate. It sets a clear direction.
Buyers leave with a sense of what you believe, where you’re headed, and what your roadmap likely prioritizes.
If you have a POV, this is a great way to bring it to life.
→ Show buyers the future you’re building

Example #4 - Three Themes, One Launch
Metronome shows how to bundle multiple features into one launch.
They do it through a Launch Week.
Instead of shipping a string of small announcements, everything lives on one landing page, with focused content for each feature and a clear theme.
If you’ve got multiple updates landing together, don’t drip them out.
Launch them at once and make it count with a stronger story.
→ Launch once, with a single narrative

Example #5 - Cora's 1-2 Hero Punch
Cora’s hero gives you everything you need to understand their product and why it matters.
H1 hooks you instantly: Give Cora your inbox. Take back your life.
H2 makes the value more clear: The $150,000 Chief of Staff for $20 a month.
That one–two punch turns an abstract product into something concrete and easy to grasp.
→ Is your hero answering the right questions?

Every PMM has big plans for January.
Very few have the tools and systems to support them.
That’s why the first few weeks of the year often turn into a blur of rushed decks, half-baked campaigns, and reactive work. Not because you’re bad at your job, but because you’re rebuilding everything from scratch.
I created the PMM Jetpack to change that.
Inside, you’ll find battle-tested playbooks, templates, and real-world examples covering launches, buyer enablement, messaging, customer insights, and more.
Instead of asking “How do I do this?” — you start with a proven foundation to execute on.
If you want 2026 to be the year you ship faster, look more strategic, and spend less time reinventing the wheel, click the link 👇
