PMM Files #143 - A Strong POV, Letting AI Sell For You, and A Little Proof Goes a Long Way

Read Time: 3.6 minutes

Thanks for reading PMM Files. A newsletter where we share five cool product marketing examples we found last week.

Let's get to it...

Supported By: PMM Jetpack

Donโ€™t Start 2026 From Zero

January has a way of exposing all the gaps in product marketing. You've got new goals. New expectations. Same messy systems.

The PMM Jetpack can help you start 2026 with proven playbooks, templates, and real examples โ€” so youโ€™re feeling confident from day one.

Example #1 - A POV That Redraws the Map

Rise at Seven drops a POV that makes the SEO world turn its head.

While everyone is worshipping Google and AEO, they highlight the real shift: 60%+ of discovery happens across multiple platforms. And... have the proof: 1.5 billion searches.

I love their clever billboard campaign that drives this home by tracing real search journeys.

Suddenly โ€œoptimize for one channelโ€ feels dated.

Example #2 - Same Product. New Market. Big Impact.

Figma shows the power of product-focused campaigns. They launched in India and wrapped it in a cinematic story that celebrates what the product does today.

Instead of waiting for a big feature drop, they repackaged what people already love and used it to open a growth geo.

It feels like a launch even though nothing in the product changed.

A friendly reminder you do not need new features to run exciting campaigns.

Example #3 - Let AI Sell Your Product for You

Super tucked a smart add-on in their website footer that signals what might be a coming trend.

At the bottom of the page, there is a one click link to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini with a prewritten prompt. Not โ€œWhat is Super?โ€ but โ€œAs a property manager, tell me why Super is the best way to handle missed calls.โ€

It gives buyers an โ€œindependentโ€ summary of the product (with the right context) without digging through the site.

Expect this to spread into persona pages, use cases, and comparison pages.

โ€‹โ†’ Are you pushing for AI reviews? โ€‹

โ€‹

Example #4 - The Waitlist Page You Wish You Shipped

Torch nails this waitlist page.

In seconds, you know what it is, how it helps, and what using it looks like.

Clear messaging, clean visuals, and simple design.

Nothing fancy here. Just great execution that gets the job done.

Example #5 - A Little Proof Goes a Long Way

Fincent pairs a strong hero with powerful social proof that makes you want to book a demo.

The headline is simple and only two words: Better bookkeeping.

The subhead makes it obvious what you get and why they are different.

The CTA is the real kicker. It tells you how many companies booked a demo this week.

What a great way to build confidence that others are exploring Fincent too.

Every PMM has big plans for January.

Very few have the tools and systems to support them.

Thatโ€™s why the first few weeks of the year often turn into a blur of rushed decks, half-baked campaigns, and reactive work. Not because youโ€™re bad at your job, but because youโ€™re rebuilding everything from scratch.

I created the PMM Jetpack to change that.

Inside, youโ€™ll find battle-tested playbooks, templates, and real-world examples covering launches, buyer enablement, messaging, customer insights, and more.

Instead of asking โ€œHow do I do this?โ€ โ€” you start with a proven foundation to execute on.
